Comply with all marketplace and advertising platform policies (Amazon, Meesho, Flipkart, Google, Meta, etc.).
Karikar LLP is not responsible for any penalties caused due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
4. Payments & Billing
All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed upon.
Service charges are non-refundable once the work has started.
Pricing may vary depending on the project scope, marketplace category, or ad budget.
Government taxes (GST, etc.) will be applied as per Indian law.
Failure to make payments on time may lead to suspension of services.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds are not applicable once digital services or marketplace account work has started.
For subscription-based services, cancellation requests must be made 7 days in advance.
Marketplace charges or advertising spend are non-refundable as they are paid directly to the platforms.
6. Marketplace Responsibilities (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)
Karikar LLP provides support, but we are not responsible for:
Marketplace policy changes
Account suspension or deactivation due to policy violations
Delayed payouts from Amazon/Flipkart/Meesho
Return fraud, customer damage claims, or courier issues
Penalties for late dispatch or poor seller metrics
We assist with solutions but final decisions depend on marketplace rules.
