Refund Policy

 

At Karikar LLP, we aim to provide high-quality Digital Marketing, Website Development, SEO, Social Media Management, and E-Commerce Seller Services.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.


1. General Policy

All payments made to Karikar LLP are for professional services that require time, planning, and resources.
Therefore, all service fees are generally non-refundable once the work has begun.


2. No Refund on Digital Services

Refunds are not applicable for the following services:

Website Designing & Development

SEO (Local & Global)

Social Media Management

Google & Meta Ads Services

Branding & Strategy Services

Product Listing & Marketplace Optimization

Amazon/Flipkart/Meesho Seller Account Services

A-to-Z E-Commerce Seller Management

GST Filing or Documentation Support

Once the project has started or resources have been allocated, no refunds will be issued.


3. Advance Payments

All services require an advance payment before work begins.

Advance payments are non-refundable, even if the client chooses to stop or cancel the project.


4. Subscription Services (Monthly Plans)

For monthly plans such as social media management, SEO, or marketplace management:

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

No refunds will be provided for any month already in progress.


5. Ads Budget (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon PPC)

Advertisement budget paid to platforms is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Karikar LLP has no control over refund decisions made by Google, Meta, Amazon, Flipkart, or Meesho.


6. Marketplace-Related Issues

We do not provide refunds for:

Account suspension or policy violations

Returns, customer fraud, or courier issues

Delayed marketplace payments (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho)

Penalties or negative seller metrics

Marketplace decisions are independent, and Karikar LLP cannot reverse them.


7. Project Cancellation by Client

If a client chooses to cancel a project:

Payments already made will not be refunded.

Any completed work up to the cancellation date will be shared (if fully paid).


8. Project Cancellation by Karikar LLP

In rare cases, if Karikar LLP cannot complete a project due to internal reasons:

A partial refund may be issued based on the work completed.

Such decisions will be made at the company’s discretion.


9. Incorrect or Duplicate Payments

If a payment is made twice by mistake:

A refund may be issued after verification, within 7–14 working days.

Proof of transaction must be provided by the client.
